TERMS OF USE

Prior to any purchase, the customer is requested to read the following terms and conditions.

 

Prices of items are listed in Euros, taxes included. These prices exclude processing costs (i.e. bank fees) and shipping.

 

PAYMENTS

You have three payment options:

 

* Bank Transfer: Full bank account details (IBAN, SWIFT) will be provided when you select “Offline Payment”. Please make sure all fees are covered.

* Paypal: No extra fees added

* Credit Card

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and country of delivery. Most orders are shipped via Spanish Postal Service and you can choose between standard (slow, no tracking), tracked/priority (non registered) or registered shipping. Please note not all shipping options are available for all countries.

 

ALL orders over 2 kg must be shipped under registered service. Depending on your country of delivery, Post or courier will be selected.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days after receiving payment but we cannot be responsible for any delays on delivery for external reasons (holidays, strikes, weather conditions, etc.). Consider Ardua Music is run by one person only and short periods of vacation may occur (less than desired!).

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 from December 13th 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, please be informed that the data you provide shall be included on a file owned and managed by Ardua Music.

User personal data and contact forms on the website shall be used with the purpose requested and the information sent must be related only with regards to the activity for which the email address was applied for.

Users may exercise their rights to access, modify, cancel and oppose their personal data, under the terms and conditions established in the Data Protection Law, by request sent by email to info@arduamusic.com in order to exercise this right.
